Ajuda is portuguese for “help” and our purpose is to improve employees´ lives through benefits. Ajuda was founded by Ana Luis and Jonathan Burger who both envisioned a new way forward for HR and benefits.

Ana is an expert in HR Management with 10 years of Legal and HR experience in a multinational environment. She left her career as a lawyer to focus in HR to make a clear difference in people's lives. Ana is Portuguese and can't survive without wine, cheese and sunshine.
Jonathan has spent the last 3 years working in HR and has a background in marketing and branding, helping launch successful global brands from startup to acquisition. Jonathan enjoys playing guitar and consuming pop culture in his spare time.
Mike is a Jack of many trades but definitely a developer and maker by heart. Over the years Mike's explored many interests which has moulded him into the Full-stack Developer & Designer he is today. Mike strives to stay curious, learn new things and keep an open mind with views on work and, more generally, on the world.
